Refund and Exchange Policy
There are no refunds on tickets - all sales are final.
Ticket exchanges can be made by contacting the box office at baltimoredowntownrestoration@gmail.com.
General Policies
Please note for events at the Victoria Opera House:
Parking is limited in front of the venue. Please give yourself enough time to park before the event.
There is a handicap entrance that will take you to the front of the auditorium.
There are two bathrooms but neither are handicap accessible.
Ludus Refund Policy
Refunds and exchanges are at the discretion of the event organizer (Victoria Players Children's Theater).
All Ludus convenience fees are non-refundable.
